I love K-dramas, “Why her?” has just wrapped up! And I am currently WAY behind on episodes and I thought this would bring me up to speed while watching.. If you need a refresher Seo Hyun Jin’s character is a power top Lawyer who is smart, amazing and always in control.. until one case shows her she may not have as much control as she thought.

I made this mini lemon n’ cream cake to keep me company while I finish episode 7. We have lemon soaked madeleines from Sugar Bowl Bakery and layers of tart greek yogurt whipped cream! Lets go!

Ingredients

lemon simple syrup:

juice from half a lemon or 1 tbsp

1/2 cup of water

1/4 cup of sugar

Greek yogurt whipped cream:

1 cup full fat greek yogurt

1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream

1 tbsp of vanilla paste
